Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Please note that due to the nature of herbal products and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for any opened or used products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products: Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Return Process

  4. Ship the Product: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. If you used a credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to that card. If you paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In cases where a promotional item was provided with the purchase, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or faulty products.
